*Important Community Support and Relief Care Update*
Hello and thank you for your attention.
As you know, the Governor announced the shut down of all non essential business activities. As a result, we have had to make the following changes effective immediately until further notice.

All face to face Community Supports services must stop

All face to face Relief Care services must stop
Face to face services are strictly prohibited unless the following criteria is met:

There is an immediate health or safety issue to the client if Relief Care or Community Supports are suspended. If you meet this condition, you must contact the agency and get approval prior to providing the service.

If a provider lives in the same household as the individual they may continue face to face services.
Virtual Community Support and Relief Care is allowed, some options include:

Zoom
-
FaceTime
-
Netflix watch parties
-
Online video games
The Governor has also asked families to prohibit any outside visitors during the Thanksgiving holiday.
